Join us for the WorldPride DC’s official Block Party! Located along 17th Street in DC’s historic Dupont circle neighborhood, this annual party honors DC’s “Gayborhood”, and features local food, adult beverages, and various activities in celebration of Pride!
This event is made possible through the partnership and collaboration of Dupont Circle Main Streets and the Mayor’s Office of LGBTQ+ Affairs.

17th Street Pavement and Planter Mural &
Mural at the Lyle Hotel
Just in time for World Pride, superstar muralist Lisa Marie Thalhammer will debut the Pride pavement mural on 17th Street, as well as her special piece commissioned by the Lyle Hotel.

The NAMES Project AIDS Memorial Quilt, often abbreviated to AIDS Memorial Quilt or AIDS Quilt, is a memorial to celebrate the lives of people who have died of AIDS-related causes. Weighing an estimated 54 tons, it is the largest piece of community folk art in the world. This event is made possible by the Dupont Circle BID.
