a 161-unit office-to-residential conversion with approximately 10,000 square feet of retail
at 1825 & 1875 Connecticut Avenue NW, a transformative 532-unit conversion with a significant retail/commercial
DDOT’s Connecticut Avenue Streetscape and Deckover project will create new public space and pedestrian improvements north of Dupont Circle, further strengthening the neighborhood’s walkability, retail environment, and long-term visitor draw.
